Originally from Peoria, IL, places that have captured my heart are West Michigan, Kentucky's Bluegrass Region, and now Charleston, South Carolina's Lowcountry.
I am a creative person—a writer, photographer, reader, hiker, and lover of all things fun.
My professional background includes almost nine years in the Christian publishing industry, promoting authors and books through television, radio, print interviews, blogging, social media, websites, and copywriting. I have also worked with a daily deals promotion company to extensively bolster their social media presence by generating new and relevant social media content and creating marketing graphics and advertisements.
Nature photography is my other passion. I love the created world, and capturing it with my camera brings me great joy. I also have experience with product and architectural photography, and photography for social media.
